Do you have a list of preferred vendors? Yes, and we will gladly share this list once your save the date retainer is paid.
Is my date available? Be sure to book early, as our calendar fills up fast!
Cost? We have packages to suit any budget.
What does the space look like? Click on our photo and video gallery!
Capacity? Depending on your layout design, we can accommodate up to 325 guests.
Coordinator? We have a wedding coordinator/planner/director on staff that will be more than happy to assist with your wedding prep and day of festivities. Fees depend on what all you need assistance with.
Rain plan? There is no charge for change of ceremony location due to rain or inclement weather.
Parking? We have ample parking space! We also have a valet parking attendant that you can add to your package.
Sleeping? The bridal cottage sleeps 6-8. We can also help your family locate lodging if needed. We have arranged special rates with some local hotels and condos.
How far in advance can I reserve my date? The earlier, the better! This gives you more planning time!
Payment plan? We have an exceptional payment plan! 10% is required to save your date. The remaining balance is divided into monthly payments and the final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Alcohol policy? This is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact our staff for more information.
Additional chargers per hour? We do not charge for extra time needed on the day or the event. We do ask that you are out of the cottage and all belongings are removed from the property by 10:00 AM on Sunday.
